I have gone to Melanie (the owner) since I was eighteen years old. I am now a mother of two and my daughters and husband all go to Salon Joli and Spa. My oldest daughter goes to Katie because she does an awesome hair cut as well as Franchessca who my youngest daughter goes to. The both love when they get to go to the salon! My husband and I both get our hair done by Melanie and would never go to anyone else! I hope people can have this great experince for themselves and see what an awesome salon it is!
