not a memorable experience 11/16/2011

I had nick style my hair , lets just say if he was more interested in my hair than talking about himself the curls would probably have lasted longer instead of falling 15 min after I left the salon. If he was more focused on his career instead of gossip and himself he would probably be a better stylist. more

Amazing salon 9/26/2010

I have gone to Melanie (the owner) since I was eighteen years old. I am now a mother of two and my daughters and husband all go to Salon Joli and Spa. My oldest daughter goes to Katie because she does an awesome hair cut as well as Franchessca who my youngest daughter goes to. The both love when they get to go to the salon! My husband and I both get our hair done by Melanie and would never go to anyone else! I hope people can have this great experince for themselves and see what an awesome salon it is! more

Awesome experience! 8/14/2010

I have gotten my hair done at Salon Joli for almost a year and I absolutely love it! The stylists are all extremely accomodating and gracious. I've gotten my hair done with both Katie and Francesca and they both have done sucha good job! Everyone is so professional and there is such a great atmosphere!!! I love Salon Joli!! more

GREAT SALON 5/12/2010

Salon Joli and spa was nothing short of a great salon experience. Due to my busy schedule, I have scheduled hair cuts with multiple stylists and have NEVER left unhappy. I might add that I have experienced haircuts from both Katie and Lee and left completely satisfied. I also like that all employees are well versed in the products they carry and will help you find the right product for your hair even if you are not their client. All around great salon; great service, great personalities, great atmosphere and most importantly, GREAT hair. more

horriable experience 5/2/2010

Katie cut my hair and it was horriable. this girl needs to go nback and learn to cut hair. She works right next to the owner who does nothing to advise this girl on how to cut hait properly. When they say $25.00 for a first time run the other way. Beauty school students cut better than this girl. Pros: Katie cannot cut hair Cons: very condesending owner more

Lee cut my hair and i walked out with a bad haircut. I spent a lot of money here and was very dissatisfied!!! overrated and terrible!! Pros: free water Cons: condescending owner who will look u up and down. more

I have gone to Melaine for six years now and I will never switch! No matter what new and funky hair style I want she always knows how to keep me looking my best. I always enjoy going with the friendly staff! I always walk out feeling great! Pros: Great people, great atmosphere, great hair! more

Salon Joli - High Class Salon in West County ! 10/16/2009

Going to Salon Joli is a great experience ! My stylist and owner, Lance Smith is fantactic ! He knows my hair better than I do ! He knows how to color and cut and knows the latest styles. The big thing that impressed me about Salon Joli and Lance, when you are finished you are personally walked to the front desk where you are well taken care of ! I have gone to many different salons and NONE OF THEM take the time to walk you to the front desk after all is done. Nicely Done Salon Joli and Thanks Lance.. Shannon is my stylist - I couldn't be happier. Everything from my wedding updo to my recent 6.5 inch chop - she's got it covered. She listens to what I'm looking for and makes sure it's tailored to work for me. (e.g. amount of upkeep, hair type, etc) She even followed up to make sure I was happy! Now THAT is great service. Try it out, you won't be disappointed! Pros: superior service, friendly atmosphere more

Best Salon In West County 5/12/2009

Lindsay is my stylist and she definitely listens to you! She is full of ideas that will compliment your features and your age. Robins does fantastic facials. You come out feeling refreshed. Jennifer is also my stylist and is such a doll. So down to earth and will tell me flat out that what I want would look better a different way and then does it! Seriously a miracle worker. If you truly want a relaxing expericnce you must have a facial from Robin at Salon Joli ! Robin is fantastic and you leave knowing your skin was treated with the upmost care ! I go to Robin for my eye brow arch and facials ~ she is fantastic. Hands of silk !!!!! \r For a full body massage...Molly is the best ! You may go in the salon with aches and pains....leave feeling relaxed and wonderful !!!!! Thank you Molly :)\r For fantastic hair color - Lance Smith (co-owner) is outstanding !!!!! I would never let anyone else touch my hair !!! Lance is wonderful....always knows what will complement your face and style...regardless of your age! Best salon I've ever been to. 2/8/2007

I've been to Salon Joli and Spa twice now and both times I've been there the service has been excellent. I never wait more than 2-3 minutes in the waiting room. Shannon does my cut and color and does the best job on my hair. She asks me what I want and I ask her what she thinks would look good, and we go with a variation of the two. The atmosphere is pleasant, as there are no screaming kids running around causing trouble. The salon is relaxing. When I leave, I feel confident about my hair. Before going to Salon Joli, I always went to cheap salons that charge 15 dollars for a cut and it showed. I feel now that you get what you pay for and I always leave pleased. I travel an hour to go to this salon because I haven't found a better one in the St Louis area. Pros: experienced sylists, great atmosphere more

For color, cut and style Dan is the best!!! 5/21/2006

I have been going to Salon Joli for years now. Dan has been doing my hair since he was in school. I have to say I am extremely happy with his choice in working at Salon Joli. The salon is always clean, the staff (especially LANCE AND JEREMY) are always friendly and smiling and they all do an awesome job. Dan is so talented in hair styling and color and I NEVER walk out unhappy with his work!! I would highly recommend Salon Joli and DAN!!!! more

After finding Jeremy, I will never go to anybody else. Its not uncommon for me to walk into the salon with no plans for my cut and/or color for that visit. Jeremy will sit down and help me find the right style for me to wear to work that can also be worn fun on the weekends. Jeremy seems to always be up on the latest trends with hair and he's a fun guy to chat with. Everytime I leave his chair, I walk with more confidence knowing I look, as he says, ""like Babe-raham Lincoln."" more

WOW! What a wonderful feeling to walk out of a top rated Salon in West County feeling pampered, looking beautiful and not paying a outrageous price. Salon Joli has got to be the best in West County. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere in the Spa area is relaxing.Lance does my hair, he is truely the best. Always up to date with the latest styles and trends.
