Review content:
My son is an established patient. We went on a trip and had to go to urgent care out of state because he had pneumonia. Tried to get a follow up appointment when we got back, but they couldn't get us in. 1) Receptionists never seem to know what they are doing, 2) There is no way to leave a message, 3) they are closed for lunch daily and no messages taken, 4) something as urgent as pneumonia isn't considered important enough for them to be able to accommodate, 5) their online appointment service is worhless. I came from a pediatrician's office that would accommodate sick visits first thing in the morning, had separate rooms for sick and well patients, and would check their messages and return phone calls promplty first thing in the morning. This establishment does none of the above.
