I've used My Pet's Vet and Dr. Bridget Brook since she was at Syosset Animal Hospital. At that time she was a caring wonderful vet. She branched out and started her own practice called My Pet's Vet, and at first everything was as usual with good care etc. After the second year things started going bad. Little by little the practice became overwhelming for Dr. Brook and she added more vets and staff. Confusion became the norm, pets were given wrong medication, pets were mixed up and so on. Not only did this happen to me, but also to my neighbor who I had recommended go to Dr. Brook. I continued to use the practice because I trusted Dr. Brook but that trust was finally broken three years ago when my most beloved cat was admitted to their hospital, no tests were actually performed, and even worse I was told blood work was excellent. Too long to go into here but needless to say the outcome was not good. Please do not use My Pet's Vet if you want good care for any of your pets. This practice has been reduced to a money making machine, and I personally feel Dr. Brook is on the verge of a nervous breakdown and no longer can treat any animal effectively.
