Review content:
Obnoxious, arrogant, and unprofessional without the knowledge to back it up. That says it all. If you want your tv's problem diagnosed correctly, look for a different company. If you have the misfortune of having these guys as your tv manufacturers authorized service rep, skip them and go with the next closest so as to save yourself time and a headache. Unless you'd like to be completely ignored and told, ""there's nothing wrong with your tv"", having implied that you are a liar and every other misdiagnoses that can be concocted in order to avoid doing a job. I had to waste weeks in order to find a decent service center to get my tv fixed. Take the ""service"" out of their name. They don't take it seriously and certainly don't pride themselves on anything other than the quick and easy way out. As bad as it gets. Hopefully I can get these guys dropped as an authorized service center.
