My home warranty company - First American - sent this company out after our downstairs AC stopped working. Although this wasn't written anywhere in the paperwork we received, the technician told the warranty company that it was incorrectly installed and shouldn't be covered. I immediately had another contractor come out and was told the technician from Cinco Mechanical was full of s**t. Took me a week of fighting with the warranty company to get them to cover the replacement of the compressor, which was totally dead. Our second AC has since started acting up and the home warranty folks again tried to send Cinco Mechanical out - I told them that no-one from that company would be allowed to set foot in my home. We're now getting it fixed by another contractor - Kool Breeze AC - who seems to be really good (great customer service).\r
