Here's another horrible review for this shady company.\r

Cinco Mechanical was sent out to my home to look at my a/c by my home warranty company, Old Republic. The guy who called to set up the appointment was VERY nice and worked with me to arrange a time that worked for me. I had read the horrible reviews, but thought that things might have changed since this guy was so nice! Boy was I wrong!! The a/c tech showed up before the scheduled appointment to where only the babysitter was at the house because I hadn't made it home yet. He gets there and starts saying that he can't touch it because I have a zoned system. We argue that the zoning system is working just fine, but for some reason one of our bedrooms was getting really hot at night and we needed to find out why. \r

All the tech did was argue with everybody stating that it was a 2 zone house and had to call somebody else out and our home warranty company wouldn't cover it. The guy was just an idiot! First of all we have a 3 zone house, but he refused to listen to us and we just had the whole outside unit replaced by our home warranty company because it went out a few months ago. We are aware that they can't touch the zoning equipment because it's not covered. We are fine with that because the zoning equipment is running just fine.\r

He then walks into one of the bedrooms and says ""there's your problem. Your a/c vent is closed."" We tell him, no, you're in the wrong room. This room is fine, it's the other room we are having a problem with. The tech then gets mad and says he's not going into the attic to see what's wrong and proceed's to leave. \r

What a waste of time!! Not only did we take off work to be there, but now we have to wait for somebody else to come out. I don't understand how this place is still in business with practices like this. I hope that tech gets fired for being such a lazy worker. If you don't want to go into the hot attic, then maybe you should find another profession!\r

Don't even give this company a chance, cause you'll just end up wasting your time! At least I didn't give him any money!
