I have been taking my yorkie to get groomed at My Second Home for 4 years and her regular groomer is no longer there. I asked the new groomer to cut her hair short all over for the summer and when I picked her up she was SHAVED!!!! She doesn't look like the same dog. She is acting depressed and my vet told me to put sunscreen on her now when walking because she has no hair to protect her skin. The shortest I have ever had her cut is 1/2 inch, and appearantly the groomer didn't even look at her history. If I wanted her shaved I would have said the word ""shave."" When I picked her up I was so upset I didn't say anything. I waited untiil I calmed down and called to express my concern. The manager was suppose to call me back and didn't. I told a friend of mine who takes her dog to get groomed there and the same thing happened to her last month. I am so disappointed that this happened and the way it has been handled.
