I discovered this place in 2008 and the rest is history.
I've seen them on slow days, busy days, days with Miley Cyrus in there eating during lunch rush, they always treat you well.
Bob is hilarious and has a dry sense of humor, you have to understand that or you'll think he's a jerk. Mario is a bussboy and he doesn't speak perfect English but understands it! Sharon is my favorite waitress in there she's off on Saturdays and Tuesdays though and only works during the day.
The food isn't anything to go out of your way for but I go in 2-3 times a week to sit and have a soda with them and say hi or to have dinner with friends because of their amazing customer service. They have sweet potato fries and seasoned curly fries that aren't on the menu that are AMAZING! And ask BOB to handmake you his famous shakes and you will be blown away!!
Their chicken strips are delicious but if you sit on patio you tend to get ignored a bit more because it's busy on the inside and people yell ""hey! Can i have this!"" and they do it right then and there. It's not like they do it on purpose.
Any bad reviews are from people who don't have a sense of humor and just had a bad experience, this restraunt has an amazing group of people working at it!!!
Pros: Great customer service, clean, great location, celeb hangout
Cons: Pricey food is not always the most tastiest, Miley Cyrus.
