I was 9 months pregnant with our twins and had just arrived home from hospital bed rest. That night, our basement flooded with 28 inches of sewer and storm water. When I called Dan Skeels' office to report the problem, he immediately offered his personal assistance. Early the next morning, before we even had time to call our friends and family to help, Dan showed up in his hip waders! He and my husband, Paul, began moving personal items out of the basement. He helped us find a company to do the repairs and helped us with all the paperwork for filing a claim. He was and continues to be an excellent insurance agent as well as our ""good neighbor"".
