I have been a member of CTREIA for the past 2 years. When I started I had only done about 3 rehabs and really wanted to find some other people in the same business. I joined and started attended all of the monthly meetings. I usually meet about 4 or 5 other people at each meeting that do rehabs right here in Connecticut. In the past 6 months I have done 7 new rehabs and my business is growing quickly. I don't think I could have done it without joining this REIA. Great association...highly recommended.
Pros: Awesome for networking, very informational events
Cons: My business has grown so fast I'm struggling to keep up... but I think that is a pro?
