After I showed her a picture (which she never looked at again) she cut me something that looked like David Bowie in the 80's (ok I did ask for 'hip,' but come on, short/rock stary on top and long in the back?) and then when I told her to please cut that shorter, she snipped, ""You know, it's really hard to do a good job when you don't know what you want half way through a haircut,"" and more mean words that I don't remember, but anyway she almost made me cry and I'm not sensitive like that. Called to complain, no one returned my call. NEVER wasting my money at this place again.
Pros: Clean?
Cons: Rude, didn't want to help me choose, rude, wouldn't cut like the picture I chose, RUDE
