I read the other reviews, and you'll notice that the only two negative ones were from quite a while ago now, all of them since have been nothing but very positive. That has certainly been my experience -- not only all the stylists and nail techs, etc., but the customers too. To me that's a great sign, and sure enough, I got just as much talk and advice as I wanted, and the results were great. Yes, it's not as cheap as ""Cuts R Us"" or whatever, but this is definitely a case of you get your money's worth. And they're far from the most expensive in town, and a lot better than a couple of places I'd better not mention that cost way more AND give you attitude. Like goldstarvw says, I'll be back!
