I've been doing business with Leonard, the owner at ALB Commercial Capital, for at least eight years, maybe longer. The reason I keep going back is that he is a really stand-up guy. He does a great job and is trustworthy. He's really on top of it and I don't have to wait to see what happens! We've bought a couple properties through ALB Commercial Capital, and they've done a couple of loans which have been great. As a matter of fact, I have told people about ALB Commercial Capital and that I've been doing business with Leonard for many years. You're going to get everything you expect and more. He's willing to go the extra yards. Even if it doesn't work, it's no fault of his own. Leonard really tries hard to get it through and does his job. If you want to do a commercial loan or buy/sell rental income property, Leonard at ALB Commercial Capital is the guy to go to! As soon as I had talked to Leonard the first time, I knew I was dealing with someone with a lot of integrity. He really knew his stuff!
