ALB Commercial Capital does really, really good work. I worked with a man there and he made the process very very smooth for our loan. He went above and beyond the call of duty to try and solve problems for us. He was more than just a broker, he was really involved beyond just the transactions. Also, one of the deals didn't pan out, due to a seller, but he was incredibly gracious and professional. He did all his homework and had great followup. I have done two loans with him and if someone has a little bit of a difficult transaction or difficulty getting a loan for a property he will find a way. My husband calls him the "deal-maker". more
