Spa service was mediocre experience to say the least, bad communication, didn't know if they would show up or not, when they did show up was in the evening, was always last appointment, still haven't fixed the problem originally called on, never satisfactorily solved issues with my spa. I am 8 weeks into trying to get it fixed. Will be calling manufacturer to discuss another service provider...Nice people, but i didn't pay them to be nice.
