Awesome! 2/26/2011

Great service techs! I had another company try to fix my spa big mistake! These guys are honest and knowledgeable. They fixed the problems the other company created and it works better than ever. Maybe better than new. THANKS! more

Increadible and honnest! 3/12/2009

Crown Pool and Spa recently fixed my tub. They were great! They found parts that I was told were not available anymore. The other guys wanted to rip me off and sell me a new tub. I can't say enough good!!! Pros: High trained. more

Your spa might get fixed, or it might not 1/30/2008

Spa service was mediocre experience to say the least, bad communication, didn't know if they would show up or not, when they did show up was in the evening, was always last appointment, still haven't fixed the problem originally called on, never satisfactorily solved issues with my spa. I am 8 weeks into trying to get it fixed. Will be calling manufacturer to discuss another service provider...Nice people, but i didn't pay them to be nice. more
