HORRIBLE!!!! I cannot think of another word to explain this place. In September 2008, my fiance and I purchased a truck from here. The saleman was very pushy and rude and lied about EVERYTHING!! We looked at a truck and he told us it went through a full inspection and oil change just the day before. The truck seemed to be reliable and a nice looking truck. It was a 1997 Chevy Silverado. We purchased this truck and 10 DAYS LATER, we were having trouble with the truck. We took it in to our mechanic and he told us we had a HUGE oil leak. When they changed the oil, it was so clumpy and old, thy had to take a power washer to get it all out. They told us the repairs would be about $1600.00!! We called Metcalf and told them about this and asked them to fix it because we were still in our 30 day warranty phase. We took it to them and they fixed it and added the $1600.00 to our loan and made us pay for it. 3 days later the serpintine belt broke and we had to replace that. Now, February 2009, our transmisson has totally gone out!!! We contacted and met with Metcalf Auto and told them that the truck was a piece of s!@t and they needed to take care of it. We told them we could pay for $500.00 that day and a little more if necesarry. We told them that we had nothing but problems since the day we purchased the vehicle and they sraight up lied when they sold it to us and that they should be responsible and pay most of if. Amazingly they agreed to pay for it if we could just get it up there. Well $200.00 in tow fees later and 9 days later, they contact us and say that they needed to raise our payments like $100.00 a month to cover the cost for the transmisson!!! They have done nothing but lie and say that we have agreed to things that we know nothing about. They are liars and jerks and have nothing else better to do than to screw honest working people out of their hard earned money!! These people have done nothing but screw us over and waste our time and money..
Pros: Lots to choose from.....
Cons: but they are all pieces of junk!!!!
