I've had blacked catfish hundreds of times but this little number tasted like the crumb tray on the bottom of a toaster oven: the fish had no flavor. The greens were overly cooked and bitter. All of this on a money making friday night? wow good luck Miss Delta - think it might be time to look into a cook(s) who cares - the punk rock buringman duo I saw back there appear to have there mind on other things than food. \r
