As a person who just relocated and enjoys spa services I was impressed with Moderne's web site. That is when the quote, ""All is not what it seems "", came to mind. First they put me with a stylist Riz who was GREAT and experienced but only lasted for a couple of appointments and then was no longer there. With his recommendation I tried two different esteticians who also left. After that they offered other technicians but I was still unsatisfied. They advertised Valet parking but with my work schedule I was unable to utilize the service because it did not coincide with Salon hours. But instead my vehicle was ticketed outside the salon. The word is that this salon has a reputation for a large turn over since its opening as Moderne Salon. I would not recommend this salon because of its inconsistancy in staff. Hair today gone tomorrow. What makes a salon a spa?
