I got a tat today at regeneration tattoo, located in Allston rock city, on Harvard ave, near the pet shop. Apt, was at 1:45, got to the tat by 3. S U E, owner of shop, had spent the evening before drawing up the design, which was a variation of the image I brought her. All clean checks where fine, everything was sterile, and she drilled on me for 2 hours, resulting in the first (id say 75%) of the tat. it came out fraking GREAT. I?ve got nothing but compliments on it today. Pain was minimal in some spots, fairly painful in the ""pit"" of my arm, but overall, it was a very good experience, and I would recommend the shop to anyone in the area looking for some new ink. I will say designs closer to old school, heavy outline, minimal color, high in detail, but low in realism are your best bet. Not keen to portraits, but spot on with some intuitive designs. Bring them something that will challenge but intrigue them,. and you'll get some good ink. 4.75/5 minus a lil for lateness.\r \r PS, im drunk now, will heal tat well, and get shading done in a few weeks, cant wait!\r Pros: excellent prices (tip your artist) Cons: bit behind schedule
