I had a bridesmaid dress altered here because the ad says they specialize in bridal parties however the dress turned out terrible. I was even more alarmed because I called ahead to ask how long bridesmaids dress alteration took and they said one week. When I scheduled an appointment, had a fitting, and they said two weeks I said fine thinking they were busy. My mistake not to follow-up. I got a call the day I was supposed to pick up the finished product and they called to tell me there were problems. The store is closed on Mondays and I was leaving on Wednesday to attend the wedding. The alterations were above market value and the quality wasn't worth the price. I will not go back even for a pants hemming after that awful experience.
