Peppino's has always been a place we love to go, until last Sat night. We decided to go out on Sat for Valentines dinner, I made a reservation for 2 and I specifically asked for a""corner table"" so to have a somewhat romantic & private experience. We promptly arrived at 6:00pm to find the restaurant very busy. When being escorted to our table I reminded the hostess of my request. She sighed and said she did not have any corner tables and would another be ok. I said that would be fine as long as it was not in the middle of the room. Our server Erin greeted us and told us of the dinner specials, and we placed our order shortly after. The ""special"" was a pasta dish with a spicy marinara sauce with a variety of seafood in the sauce, topped off with a 1 pound lobster. Our order arrived and what I found in front of me was an overcooked dried up lobster split down the middle with barely any seafood in the sauce. I proceeded to ""twirl"" my spaghetti with my fork and spoon as all italians do and what got was short overcooked eggnoodles. I was so upset, I complained to our server, she apologized but that was it!! I expected a manager to come to our table to find out what the complaint was and nothing!! Then the bill came.....the ""special dinner"" was $36. I was shocked!! We paid for our dinner then left with no intentions of returning! The food is average the management, terrible and the price for what you get OUTRAGIOUS!!
