Please do not trust these people with your animals. When I brought my cat in to have her fur shaved down the technician accidentally cut her whiskers completely off one side of her face . I didn't discover this until I got home. I called the pet spa and left several messages. No reply. I left a message with both the technician and the receptionist to just please call me and let me know if this would upset my cat's balance and what I should do. I wasn't even asking for my money back! No reply, no answer after four calls over two days. I paid 80 dollars for this experience.
