i have had nothing but great service from this company- which i can't say for some others in washougal that i had taken my other dog to more

Please do NOT take your pet here! They keep your animal in a cage all day with no water! They lie to you, right to your face, about having water in the cages! I checked, and there was no water, just a bunch of over heated dogs panting, they ALL had hot dryers pointed at them, in closed cages! It was truely terrifying! I called Washougal animal control and reported them! \r \r I actually started going to this place a few years ago. The one little gal was great! I believe her name was Tracy. She had also groomed my dog at the other one that was up the street here in Washougal. This Pet Spa NW was so nice when they opened. It has gone WAY DOWNHILL!\r \r Also, the last time I was there to pick up my dog, which was the same day I saw all the dogs in the cages over heated, my dog was bleeding all over the car on my way home. I didn't realize this until I got home. I inspected her and four or her toe nails were cut really super short and really bleeding badly! I immediately called Pet Spa NW and told them what was happening. The lady was absolutely rude and did not even care. She said this was ""normal""!!! Normal??? No Way! She said, ""it should stop on its own."" I took her to my vet and this was NOT normal. My vetrinarian said that they had received many complaints and injuries from this place!!! \r \r I can't believe they are still in business! They do not care about animals! It is not a safe place! I'm not surprised they lost an animal and didn't even contact the owner! These people are terrible! They clearly care only about money! BEWARE! Pros: BEWARE Cons: Worst Customer Service Ever! This lady is rediculious... I don't know how this pug lady feels but She lost a dog and never reported it missing to either the owners or city animal control. The owners of the dog were contacted via Microchip before the woman could notify them the dog ever escaped!! Did she even care?!?! And I've never hered anything good about their prices look around the area there are good groomers in Washougal But not here! more

Please do not trust these people with your animals. When I brought my cat in to have her fur shaved down the technician accidentally cut her whiskers completely off one side of her face . I didn't discover this until I got home. I called the pet spa and left several messages. No reply. I left a message with both the technician and the receptionist to just please call me and let me know if this would upset my cat's balance and what I should do. I wasn't even asking for my money back! No reply, no answer after four calls over two days. I paid 80 dollars for this experience. more
