I ve been with Wilson West agency for a year. I hired them to manage my rental property in Raleigh. In this year I have had several surprise maintenance charges. Strangely enough they all seem to total $317 or there abouts each time. This is month is the third month in a row with a surprise charge of 300 dollars. On the day that I expect a deposit I have gotten an email from Tammy explaining some sort of issue and their need to charge another 300 dollars. First the locks needed to be changed, then it was the freon needed to be charged lastly its something else. I'm still to received a copy of the keys when they changed the locks. I'm still to receive a work order or statement for all the other work that they claimed to have done. \r

There is no phone call, no email. they just surprise you with a lower deposit. In addition Tammy does not use the company email. She uses an Earth link account to email the bad news. Use Wilson West agency for your property needs if you want to be stolen from at 300 dollars a pop.\r
