As a landlord, my recommendation is to find an agency that looks out for your best interests. With handling my property, WW did anything BUT that. The broker they used to show my property was not knowledgeable about the area; she withheld information from me upon submitting applications for tenants; the maintenance person would not repair a broken light fixture, nor would he give an update on the status of the property when the previous tenant moved out, which turned out they damaged the wall, left the master bath a mess, and the ceiling fans and a/c filters dirty. Any chance they get, they will keep your the tenant's and landlords deposits, and only if you threaten on suing them will they consider returning it. My property went unrented for over 5 months with them. When I got out of the contract and set it up with another agency, it rented the first weekend they showed it, to credit-worth tenants, something WW could never bring me.
