Review content:
I brought my tennis team with me to Sol Y Luna after tennis practice one night because I had purchased a $25 gift certificate from restaurant com for Sol Y Luna. The ONLY reason we went was because we had the coupon. After waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged that we arrived, I showed the waitor the gift certificate and he motioned for the owner. The owner said that it wasn't valid. BUT it had SOL Y LUNA's name and logo on it. He said they would not honor the certificate. Since we were already there and there were 10 of us, we went ahead and ordered. We waited another 45 minutes to get our food. They forgot one of my friends dinners and had to wait another 15 minutes to get her food. And then the food was horrible and overpriced. As we were paying for our meal, I saw a magazine posted at the cashier's counter with coupons for buy one get one free entree's. You would think that if the owner wouldn't honor my gift certificate that I PAID FOR....he would have at least offered the coupons that he was currently HONORING. HOW RUDE....this place is on mine and all my friends BOYCOTT list!
Pros: Coupons in the Savvy Shopper
Cons: Rude Owner, Slow Service, won't honor Restaurant Gift Certificates
