Review content:
I had high expectations for this restaurant after hearing a good review from a friend. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by the food, the service, and the overall value.\r
The service was probably the worst part of the experience. We had to wait almost thirty minutes to get our meals, and then another 30 minutes after we were finished before we finally got our checks. What was meant to be an hour lunch turned into a 2 hour and 15 minute ordeal. Meanwhile, our drinks sat empty and we did not receive any apologies for the delay. There were two well-behaved children in our party and the restaurant did not have any high-chairs for the kids, let alone any kid-friendly food.\r
I ordered the ravioli entree, which was crunchy on the edges and very oily. It came with a limp salad, which I would have appreciate before the meal. Instead, it came along with the entree. The portions were small for the price and I had to request bread to augment the meal. The server acted like this was an unsual request and told me it would take 5 minutes to get bread.\r
Needless to say, I won't be returning.
