So much for ""hope"" and ""family."" Two things that you will not experience when coming to this office. There are many reasons I will not go back to this office. 1. Customer Service: The receptionist is disrespectful and makes patients feel uncomfortable because of her lack of sensitivity and care on the phone and in person. 2. Every day the whole office breaks for lunch from 12-1pm. I was at doors at 1pm and waited until 1:30pm before someone came and unlocked the door. No apology, no sorry to keep you waiting. Though the doctor is credible and easy to talk with, her staff leaves patients feeling frustrated and upset. I will never go back to this office.
