Wellllll, I have been trying to reach a nurse via voice mail for two weeks, and all I get in return is silence. Let me tell you, virtual nursing bites the big one and so does the elevator music your force fed while yer on hold. I can't get a nurse on the phone, or to call me back. And as far as the receptionist goes, hmmmmm, I think I saw her for a second when she took my cash...(I had to find an ATM because they won't take a check) Then, suddenly, the wicked witch of the plaza disappeared, and presto chango, the receptionist turned into a sqaulling 3 year old, with a small diaper dilemma. who had somehow managed to get into the unoccupied cubical...yee haw, I think she had better customer service skills than her predecessor. Anyhow, I bailed after a thirty minute wait, because my teeth were floating and there bathroom was out of order. Eventually, I found my way to a physicaian in Berlin, and the may I say that the wait on the flight was a lot shorter than the wait for the returned call.
Pros: Close to home and whiskey
Cons: I think they left the building with Elvis....
