Review content:
We had breakfast and encountered slow, distracted service. When we finally got our food, our ""home fries"" were hard and dry and the cheese in my omelet was completely congealed. We had to ask for the check- the waiter was gone so long. Also, the OJ tastes like powdered drink mix. We complained to the manager that we, therefore, did not wish to pay the 15% ""tip"" that is automatically added for parties of 5 or more. He explained that they had to institute this because of the college students who fail to tip and that, increasingly, more restaurants are doing this and for more. He was fairly curt with us and we have resolved not to stray from Mama Dips again.
Pros: good pancakes
Cons: smoky, slow/rude service, automatic tip for 5
