Should be a zero star. Ford Explorers like most/all SUVs have an inertia fuel shut off switch which flips down and off if your SUV rolls. In my case, a fast turn in combination with the switch being placed by the right foot of the passenger, who is bracing themselves, accidentally flipped it up. It flips up to shut off when your car isn?t on its roof. I couldn?t figure out why my car just died mid-turn. It only had 40,000 miles on it. I had it toed to Eastgate BP. $500+ later I have a new fuel pump in my car. I never would have known that I was ripped off but 6months later the same thing happened, fast turn, scared passenger bracing themselves. I died. The car sounded like it wanted to turn over but wouldn?t, just like last time. Again I had it toed to Eastgate BP and sure enough the verdict came in with a phone call, I need a new fuel pump. This time I told them, you guys just replaced it. ""oh'' they said. About 10 minutes later I got a phone call, ""you can come get your car"". They explained what happened with the switch but said the first time is was the fuel pump. BS. Find a different shop
