Thank you for the complementary camera sewer line service. We regret that we had started our sewer cleaning and repair services before Glen recommended you.
We are extremely grateful that George was able to come out that Saturday afternoon, April 2, to give us a bid. And that he and another CEPR employee were able to ""slurp"" up all the water and remove flooring and wall board the next day, Sunday. We had a bid from another organization; our outcome could have been so costly with unnecessary items and services if we had not been introduced to you and your company. Columbia Environment gave us a positive start on recovering from the sewer water that flooded our lower level.
