He promised to have the job finished in 6 months. After a year I had to fire him and hired others to finish it or repair his expensive mistakes. After a long and grueling arbitration, I finally had to agree on a small settlement. A small portion of the money I over-paid him. This man should not be trusted under any circumstance. Despite his grand pronouncements of authoritative knowledge, he has no sense of aesthetics or pride in workmanship. He must be very carefully supervised or he will take very costly shortcuts at your expense. Below is a rundown of the violaions.\r
