He promised to have the job finished in 6 months. After a year I had to fire him and hired others to finish it or repair his expensive mistakes. After a long and grueling arbitration, I finally had to agree on a small settlement. A small portion of the money I over-paid him. This man should not be trusted under any circumstance.
