Like a previous reviewer said, they were great until I ordered my dress. \r

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company after my order. The staff is extremely rude to you. I have had the girl at the front desk roll her eyes at me and managers completely blow me off. They are also extremely overpriced. I found the same EXACT dress I purchased at this store for $500 less at another store. They try to entice you by giving you a ""discount"" but the discount just brings them in line with other stores pricing. They ordered my dress 2 sizes too large in order to make more money off my alterations, a complete rip off. They run way over appointment times (for current customers), leaving you sitting out in the waiting room for as much as a half hour.
Pros: Nice until you give them your money
