Review content:
When the product works, it's great, but when repairs are required, it's expensive.
Apparently, Master Spas of CA only sells product as opposed to a full-service dealer which provides service post-sales.
As other posts indicate, don't count on return phone calls, with more than three calls in three weeks, this dealer obviously doesn't understand the concept.
If you can, it's strongly recommended that you AVOID giving business to Master Spas of CA. If you have done your research thoroughly, you will see there are many cases where the product purchased requires in warranty repair, which would be performed by the dealer. However, since this dealer is not reputable, the effort to have the product repaired becomes unnecessarily more difficult, costly and time consuming.
At a time when service is most critical and tends to be what separates the wheat from the chaff, Master Spas of Ca doesn't get it and therefore, is unworthy of your business.
