So, I was told that the fence gurus were going to show up around 7- 7:30 am. Typical for construction type companies. Around 8:00, I called the office and was told that the driver was delayed in traffic and would be her e in the next 45 min. At 9:00 am, I called again a little upset at this time for taking the day off and wasting time waiting on a contractor to show up to preform the contracted work. I was then told that the manager redirected the crew to do a repair job and that it would an additional hour before I could see a crew at my house. Also, I was informed that the owner does this frequently. I was like, ""Then, let me speak to the owner!"". The lady on the phone stated that he was unavailable. Irritated, I said O.K. and hung up the phone. After spending the last 15 years in the construction industry, living in a family that is construction oriented from birth, this is highly unprofessional, not to mention the lack of a phone call from the fence company explaining the delay. I have yet to see their craftmanship!
