All American Fence Danville, CA, Livermore, CA\r I am furious with this company for a total lack of follow up and consideration. I tried over 15 times to get a call back from the man who gave us an estimate. Finally months later I got someone else to come back out to tell me the job was too small and his quote wasn't high enough. I provided emails asking that someone call and called by phone many times. They were rude and didn't care that I had spent 10,000 on fencing 10 years earlier with them. There are many fencing companies pay a little more and get the job done right the first time and go with a local company that cares about their customers. We will never use them again and have never written a bad review about any company..stay away and be glad you did more

I am very happy with my iron fence and gate that I had installed this week from All American Fence. I received an estimate from the owner, who was very knowledgeable and had great ideas for the fence around my pool! I would recommend them to anyone. So, I was told that the fence gurus were going to show up around 7- 7:30 am. Typical for construction type companies. Around 8:00, I called the office and was told that the driver was delayed in traffic and would be her e in the next 45 min. At 9:00 am, I called again a little upset at this time for taking the day off and wasting time waiting on a contractor to show up to preform the contracted work. I was then told that the manager redirected the crew to do a repair job and that it would an additional hour before I could see a crew at my house. Also, I was informed that the owner does this frequently. I was like, ""Then, let me speak to the owner!"". The lady on the phone stated that he was unavailable. Irritated, I said O.K. and hung up the phone. After spending the last 15 years in the construction industry, living in a family that is construction oriented from birth, this is highly unprofessional, not to mention the lack of a phone call from the fence company explaining the delay. I have yet to see their craftmanship! Pros: .............. Cons: late late late more
