Horrible experience, with both Sales staff and mechanics. \r

Cars are to expensive to waste your money at Z Frank. \r
\r
Sales staff: Horrible: order my car; they didn't call me until a week after it arrived - said they wanted to have everything in order for when I picked it up. Then when I did pick it up, they hadn't finished their paper work and still had to send it to get gas. And the power window I ordered were post-assemble line installed.\r

Mechanics: Took the car in for a recall, used the power windows minutes before dropping it off. Tried using power windows minutes after picking it up and they wouldn't work. They wouldn't fix it. Z Frank was going to charge me just to look at the window; and if they didn't feel they had caused the problem A Frank would charge more to fix the problem.
