DO NOT USE Interface Security. Interface Security is untrustworthy and provides terrible customer service. I have written to Michael Shaw, Mike McLeod and Chris Honigman, the President, COO and VP of Sales regarding mistakes made by Interface. None of them responded. I did receive a letter for someone named B. Modglin, his response was in red and very belligerent. This company is inept, dishonest and is not capable of monitoring properly. Interface, to mention a few mistakes, have called in the middle of night regarding a non-emergency, installed lesser equipment even though a higher spec equipment was paid for, and let faceplate exposed with wires sticking out. DO NOT USE INTERFACE SECURITY
