Buyer Beware of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I took my car in for a simple tire repair, the service technician broke my valve stem--$90--tried to blame it on a dealer from 8 months prior, and tried to make me pay for it. After a raised voice session, ultimately they did fix THEIR mistake. I will NEVER go back to Billy Howell Ford. Cherokee Ford in Alpharetta is very professional, and would have NEVER acted like this!!!! Stay away from their service department!
