Buyer Beware of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I took my car in for a simple tire repair, the service technician broke my valve stem--$90--tried to blame it on a dealer from 8 months prior, and tried to make me pay for it. After a raised voice session, ultimately they did fix THEIR mistake. I will NEVER go back to Billy Howell Ford. Cherokee Ford in Alpharetta is very professional, and would have NEVER acted like this!!!! Stay away from their service department! more

Buyer Beware!!!!! 11/20/2008

Buyer beware!!!! We were very disappointed in our dealings with the used car department. After being assured they inspected the brakes on our 16 year olds first truck we ended up replacing pads and rotors in less than 800 miles. Anything to get the deal. more
