I'm so glad I called this company. My copier stopped working and started to give off some strange odor so i unplugged it and called APR. they were recommended by another company that sells cartridges. A technician was at my office in less than an hour and it seemed like he took the whole thing apart. I wasn't sure if he would be able to put all those pieces back together again, but when he did, the thing was humming a long. It works beautifully now. I think all it needed was a tune up.
