Advanced Printer Repair

I'm so glad I called this company. My copier stopped working and started to give off some strange odor so i unplugged it and called APR. they were recommended by another company that sells cartridges. A technician was at my office in less than an hour and it seemed like he took the whole thing apart. I wasn't sure if he would be able to put all those pieces back together again, but when he did, the thing was humming a long. It works beautifully now. I think all it needed was a tune up. more

We were actually shopping for a new printer online because ours stopped working. it was doing something funky with the pages, like double printing so we knew it was out of whack. i almost threw the damn thing out the window I was so pissed!!! Erg!!!!!! I say again, ERG!!!!! My partner, who is always more level headed called Advanced Printer repair just to see what it would take to repair the damn thing. The guy, I think his name was Michael, told us exactly what was wrong with it. He quoted us a price and sent his tech guy out and within 20 minutes, the thing was working like brand new. i couldn't believe it! Advanced printer repair saved us a bunch of money with one small fix and the best part, it didn't even cost as much as we were quoted. I refer everybody to these guys now. Really, i am absolutely shameless about it. you don't get quality like that anymore from vendors. more
