I don?t know where you are talking about but I know you are NOT talking about the Oaks Apartments in Sanford. Donna, Anita & Steve go OUT OF THEIR way to help everyone and are always polite to everyone. Even the RUDE people. I have a question how long did you have your ?NEW? car before it was towed?? I bet it was several weeks or months, because I know for a fact that Donna goes out of her way to find the owner of a car before it is towed!!! The stickers are for the tenants benefit!!! So when we come home we have a parking place in front of our homes and not down the street. As for the ?Noise? & ?Stains?. I have lived at the Oaks for 4 years now and I have NEVER experienced the problems that you are talking about. My daughter has lived her for 7 years in a separate apartment and she has NOT experience the problems you are talking about. We LOVE it at the Oaks and we are STAYING, my advice to you if you are so miserable there MOVE!!!!! Plain & simple, get a moving van and MOVE!!!! But don?t talk about the management at the Oaks; they go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help the tenants there.
