Although I have not had all the problems he has I will agree that this complex leaves a lot to be desired. They have a lot of rules but no one ever enforces anything. With cars I can never get a spot close to my home, the few times I have said something about it one of the girls will come around and put stickers threading to tow cars but I have never actually seen a car towed. They have rules for animals but that is also not enforced, you see plenty of dogs over their so called weight limit. Maintenance used to be really good but since the main guy left a while ago it's a bunch of teens and kids in their twenties doing the maintenance and they have no idea what they are doing, I just fix stuff myself anymore. I also agree about the price hikes, they raised rent earlier this year and as of September 1st it is going up another 80 bucks. You now no lover have a choice on your service provider in your apartment and have to pay for the services regardless if you want them or not. I know I will be so glad when my lease is up and I can move, don't make the same mistakes I did.
