If you're going there because you get FREE personal training don't bother. They promote one free personal training session but I never got mine. They don't have enough trainers for how many people they sign up. I ask about it at front desk and was sent to Jen who was a waste of time. She acted like she was doing me a favor speaking to me. A member in the locker room told me to go to Danielle after I told her of my problem. Danielle was rude and then never called me back as she promised. Inside the workout area all I saw was flirting and members getting ignored. Another member said to see Nancy Norris but she never returned my call. Evidently she is never there. If you have complaints about her classes she isn't there to talk to. I really don't think all her instructors are certified. The front desk staff constantly remain on the phone and ignore people coming in. No hello. Nothing. This area of Flint is getting dangerous with aggressive panhandlers. Planet Fitness is better customer service so I joined there. I got more help from the regular members than I did the staff. All in all it's way too expensive for what they offer. Save your time and money.
