This co. goes door to door offering to clean a room of carpet in your home for free. They come in do their presentation are fast talkers and before you know it you have financed a vacume cleaner to the amount of over $2,000 at an outrageous interest rate.They prey on seniors citizens as they took my elderly in-laws to the cleaners as well as stealing there other practically new, perfectly good vacum. There defense was they thought she was trading it in. This came only after denying they had taken it but with the threat of a law suite they found it.\r
If theese guys come to your neighborhood in there van call the police.\r
Pros: I am sure the Kirby vacum is a good product
Cons: There sales approach is horrible
